An AI app can prepare almost anything, but nothing reaches your visitors until you have seen it and said yes.
Everything starts as a draft
Design changes go to the site's draft, the same draft you see in the Opmiz builder. New articles and products start as drafts too. Your live site doesn't change while an app works.
Preview, then publish
Going live always takes two steps. The app first asks for a preview, which lists exactly what would change and returns a one-time publish_token. It shows you that list. Only after you agree does it publish with the token.
A token is single-use
It works once, for that exact change, for 10 minutes. If anything changes in between, the app has to preview again.
Some saves are live at once
Page names and addresses, search text, business details, Terms and Privacy, Library items and the shop's lists don't have a draft. Their preview says so before you agree.
Imported products stay off sale
Products an app adds are kept off the shop until you publish them.
Orders email the buyer
Marking an order shipped or delivered sends the buyer the usual email, and the preview says so.
Undo
Every design change has an action_id. The app can undo it with undo_site_change, and you can undo it yourself from the builder's history.
Two people at once
Every design change is sent with the revision the app last read. If you or someone else changed the design in the meantime, the change is refused with REVISION_CONFLICT, and the app reads the site again before trying once more. Nobody's work is silently overwritten.
You can see every change an app made, and when, in Settings › AI apps under its activity.
