Everything lives in the Opmiz dashboard under Settings › AI apps. Owners and Admins can manage it for the whole business.
Connected apps
Each app or key, who connected it and when it was last used.
Activity
Every change an app made, newest first: what, where and when. Reads aren't listed, only changes.
Pause all
Stops every app and key on this business at once. They get AGENTS_PAUSED until you allow them again.
Remove
Ends one connection or key for good. The app has to be connected again to come back.
API keys
Make a key for a script, see when each one ends, and renew it. We email you 14 days before a key runs out.
What an app can never do
An app acts as you, with your role, so it can never do more than you can. And whatever permissions you give it, it can't change plans or billing, payments, domains, people or other Settings.
Did an app change something you didn't want? Design changes can be undone from the builder's history, and the activity list shows exactly what happened.
